✔ As colours are mixed by hand, the final shade may vary slightly from the original sample or reference photo.
✔ Colours may also appear different depending on screen or monitor settings.
✔ Resin may occasionally contain small air bubbles or tiny surface imperfections, which are a normal part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

These items are entirely handmade and made to order. Depending on the quantity, customisations, and seasonal demand, production can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to a few months.

We’ll always give you an estimated timeframe once we receive your order. Early bookings are highly recommended for larger quantities or peak seasons.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse custom orders if there is insufficient time to complete them with our usual quality standards. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. If in doubt, please get in contact with us and we'll be happy to guide you.
