Thank you for shopping with Resinistic. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

Ready to Ship items are already made and can usually be prepared for pickup or delivery sooner.

Custom-made and personalised items are handmade to order. As a general guide, please allow 1–3 weeks for production.

Small orders can often be completed within around 1 week, but please always check with us before ordering if you need your item by a specific date.

Production time may vary depending on the item, quantity, level of customisation, design details, photo or text approval, resin curing time, current order schedule, seasonal demand, and material availability.

Larger orders, souvenir orders, wedding orders, Christmas orders, and seasonal orders may require more time.


2. Pickup

Pickup is available from Żurrieq by appointment.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup date and time.

As pickup is by appointment, kindly let us know in advance if you are unable to make it at the agreed time, so we can rearrange accordingly.


3. Local Delivery

Delivery to Malta and Gozo is available by courier for €5.

We offer free delivery on orders over €80.

Courier deliveries are usually carried out during daytime hours. Please provide a delivery address where someone is usually available during the day.

If daytime delivery is not convenient, pickup from Żurrieq can be arranged instead at an agreed date and time.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are arranged once your order is ready.

Please note that delivery time is separate from production time. Custom-made items must first be completed before they can be delivered or collected.

We will do our best to arrange delivery as soon as possible once your order is ready, but delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, location, public holidays, busy periods, and other factors outside our control.


5. Specific Dates and Urgent Orders

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether it is possible.

Urgent orders may be accepted depending on the item, quantity, customisation required, current order schedule, and material availability.

We cannot guarantee availability for urgent orders unless this has been confirmed with us before ordering.


6. Delivery Address

Please make sure that the delivery address, phone number, and contact details provided are correct.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

If a courier delivery cannot be completed because no one is available at the address, a new delivery arrangement may be required and additional charges may apply.


7. Damaged Items During Delivery

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order details
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Clear photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.


8. International Shipping

At the moment, our standard delivery options are for Malta and Gozo.

If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us before ordering so we can check whether this is possible and provide a delivery quote.
