After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm:
• Background colour • Flakes colour (gold / silver / rose gold) • Personalised text (name, surname, occasion, date)
A text preview will be sent for approval before production.

📦 Minimum Order & Pricing
✔ Minimum order: 10 pieces per design
✔ Step 1: Select your quantity range from the drop-down to set the correct price per piece
✔ Step 2: Enter the exact quantity required in the “Quantity” box
✔ The price shown is per piece

🕒 Production Time
All items are handmade to order.
Typical timeframe: 👉 2–4 weeks (longer during peak seasons)
Orders may be declined if there is insufficient time to complete them to our quality standards (full refund always provided in this case).
Early booking is highly recommended for large orders or peak seasons such as Holy Communion, Confirmation, and Christmas.

✔ Each order is handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour and finish may occur. This is part of the process and makes each piece unique.
✔ Resin is a naturally translucent material and may occasionally contain small air bubbles or tiny surface imperfections. These are normal and not considered defects.
✔ We only consider an item defective if an imperfection significantly affects the design or readability.
✔ Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen/monitor settings.
